Your body is not producing enough hormones to sustain you in the long run if you had a hysterectomy, are not on any sort of hormonal supplements, and are taking DHT. You should be on some kind of hormones if you are post-hysto. DHT does not increase your testosterone by much. But taking T will generally cause some growth that depends on you basically. Everyone gets a different amount of growth but to my knowledge, there is no way to avoid that.
